If I could give him a 0, I would - the worst doctor i have ever had. I asked him for his opinion and I don't think he knew my case, so he refused to tell me. Instead,he threatened to cut off my medicine if I didn't follow his directions. He stormed out of my hospital room twice, made me cry and never gave me specific doseages to take - even the nurses were upset. No bedside manner, rude, arrogant and not helpful.
Dr. Eranga is the best. The only has he been taking care of me since 2008 he took care of my mother and my father. He really cares about his patients During my last hospitalization for respiratory issues, Dr. Eranga check on me every day He has a friendly competent staff working with him, so I have full faith and confidence in the treatment that he gives me
Took almost a month to get an echo, then had a follow-up appointment scheduled for 2 weeks after. The office then rescheduled my follow-up appointment TWICE the week of, leaving me to scramble to get more time off of work for the appointment. Then when asked if the results could be put on MyChart or given to me via telehealth due to the rescheduling inconvenience, I was told those were not options and I HAVE to come in for another scheduled appointment to get my test results. This really made me question if the office cares more about insurance money or patient care, since they are willing to withhold possibly time-sensitive test results from you for as long as it takes to get you in-person again. Update: My initial visit with Dr. Eranga in Milford was eh and the rescheduling problem was a nightmare, but I had to come back and add another star for PA Cheyenne Trest. I had my follow-up with her at the Dover office and she was so personable and informative, it truly made me rethink my original negative experience. I will definitely continue to see her for all future appointments.
If there was an option for 0 stars, I would've selected that. New patient appointment and I had to wait over an hour to get called to the back and when I do get into the exam room, I waited 20 mins for the doctor
Dr. Eranga was recommended to me by my Cardiologist in the Philadelphia area, and I have been extremely pleased by my interactions with him, and his office staff. The care I received from him while in Sussex County was excellent. He always answered any questions that I had, and the tests that he ran were complete, and comprehensive. If any issues appeared, he would take care of them immediately. His office staff in Milford, and Dover are excellent, and resolved any issues immediately. They were a pleasure to work with. My thanks!!!
