Delaware Cardiovascular Associates: Mark E. Zweben, MD

Dr. Zweeben is a Great doctor, the office staff is horrible, have been to North Wilmington office, Bear, Stanton, even Elkton, been a patient since 2012 and 90 percent of my appointments I get a call the day before to reschedule because of a staffing issue, don't these people realize some of our appointments could be life or death, I've spoken to several of their managers and they all say the same thing, I won't happen again , at least not till next appointment. Definitely filing with BBB this time

I have more than 10 years of being a patient of Dr. Mark E. Zweben, I consider him an excellent Cardiologis

First I want to say that my husband really likes Dr Zweben. He's a good doctor. But be warned, the billing is the worst!!! We pay our bill as soon as it comes in, but for some reason we were charged twice our deductible. I have called billing 4 times, only to leave messages. No one returns calls. The office does not handle billing ( it is out sourced) so they couldn't help either.

FMLA paperwork was faxed over 2 weeks ago. Been calling for the past week as it hasn't been filled out and sent. Deadline is tomorrow and I am constantly being told "We will call you back" and "Our disability specialist isn't in". For the last 2 weeks? Does nobody cover if they're not in?

staff was very kind and helpful. Dr. Mark Zweben was so patient and kind with my grandmother not to mention was able to diagnosis her heart condition that 2 other Cardios had no idea what was going on!
