I had a heart Stent in 2004,living andextremely destructive life,drugs alcohol,smoking,anything toxic I was subjecting my body too.Going in and out of the hospital until one day I met an angel (Dr.P.Mehrota) he would fuss at me telling me those drugs would eventually kill me if I didn't stop,I was on drugs, off and on for about 20 years possibly a little more ,well after being scolded by Dr.Mehrotra a couple of times I decided I didn't want to die,actually he taught me a lot about heart healthy foods,visit the library got plenty of reading material on the heart ,and today I am off my statins (off statins for the past 4 years.All I can say is thank God for sending Dr.Mehrotra in my life.
