He has actively tried to find what was wrong wit me nor seem to care. When mentioned something I needed was not working because the mil was too low. Pretty much told me oh well. When I have been on things way stronger in my lifetime. I feel like I'm being treated this way to do my age. I have a young son I have to take care of and am getting no care. I did not receive a call back today and I can not wait until January for an appointment for my issues to be addressed. Unless your a senior don't even bother

Rating: 0 out of 5 stars. Dr. Raad provides excellent care, however, I am deeply dissatisfied with the behavior of the FRONT END and Medical Assistant staff. They consistently display rude, aggressive, and hostile attitudes towards patients. It is frustrating to have to make multiple phone calls each week to request medication refills, as they are unresponsive and unhelpful. I believe that Sandra and MA Merlina should be replaced, as their actions put patients' health at risk, cause treatment delays, and promote nonadherence. The clinic's level of service has declined significantly, resembling fast food rather than a professional medical setting. Their lack of professionalism and inefficiency are unacceptable. Even the manager fails to provide satisfactory service. The front desk staff act as if they are licensed medical professionals, offering medical advice with a disrespectful attitude. Their behavior could lead to serious harm and potential legal consequences. They suggest that my extremely hypoglycemic mother drive to the emergency department instead of arranging for a lower-dose prescription refill, they refuse to provide their first names when asked and say things like why don't you come here and get it?

Dr. Raad is outstanding, kind and very knowledgeable, unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the front-end staff and medical assistants. Ever since waterbury hospital took over his practice, they hire ratchet people for the MA & Front desk employee's. These girls are rude, disrespectful, racist and hateful. It is evident that they have a superior person backing them up as they do not fear any consequences for their unkind behaviors. These girls believe that they have a medical degree themselves and are providing counseling and medical info to patients. They do not refill patients medications in a timely manner, I have to call 20x to finally get the refill done. They are only aware that a medication is a controlled substance, and refuse refills last minute until the patient is seen in office with a next available appt 1 month later. They do not understand that there are different classes designated by the DEA and they definitely do not understand the implications a medication would have if held abruptly, most of these medications need to be taken as prescribed abrupt cessation may cause serious / fatal health, so these girls who I doubt ever completed high school should not have a say in who gets refills vs holding a medication until next at the next available appt 1 mo later or they should inform pts 2 months prior that they need to be seen xyz date.

★★

Unprofessional. Do not return calls to patients. We are being put on hold without being asked if it's OK to hold. I have been waiting for two months for Dr. RAADS medical assistance to call in a prior authorization for my medication. Nothing has been done yet.
