I've only been once in recent years but had to leave a review for Logan, thanks to them I will be coming back! Went in for a birth control appointment, they walked me through all the information thoroughly, just a super friendly person. I have pretty severe social anxiety but they made me feel so comfortable the whole thing was a breeze.
Dysfunctional and indifferent. Went there with two issues, one serious and the other super serious. Was told to pick an issue to address because they didn't have time to address both. Would've taken routine and minimal effort for them to address both issues, and they were willing to let me walk out the door not addressing the more serious issue. Then Made an appointment online. Got there, had to walk through a picket line and they told me they couldn't find the appointment, didn't have time to see me (even though they take walk ins) and let me walk out with my issue unresolved, when it could've been as simple as peeing in a cup. Went to urgent care instead. Women deserve more care than this.
I really appreciated how kind and thoughtful every person I interacted with in this facility was. The nurse practitioner and the doctor were thorough and put me at ease. The facility was clean and I got into my appointment quickly. Highly recommend
I love this Planned Parenthood. The entire staff is so nice and make you feel so comfortable. I never want to go to a different PP location. Every time I've gone it's a comfortable and pleasant experience.
They were so friendly and comforting when I went to get my IUD removed and replaced. Wonderful staff!
