Patient
Fraudulent billing, they send debt to collection before the 1 year grace period, they give you incorrect amounts for services that are 2-3x more than what they tell you. I never had problems paying debt. I still dont. I have an 800+ credit score. But ever since i started with starling they have been nothing but terrible. The told me my heart monitor would be 200- max $25]. I get the bill and its over $500. I called, emailed, never got a single response and when I did the "manager" was never available and I was told to call back. It got sent to collection but I paid the $250 they told me at the office. I called my insurance and they told me that this office often mis invoices patients regularly. If an insurance provider is telling me a office is terrible then what does that say? I was also billed twice for another visit. I paid the one invoice(now there are two, same onvoice numbers, same dr, same everything down to the minite and day of the appt) because that is what I owed. Well now its in collections within a MONTH of me not paying it. Along with bloodwork that I was literally paying because it was $25. Which is nothing. Guess what? Sent to collections in LESS than a month. There is a 1 year grace period. Glad I moved out of state and back with my original Dr's. At least now I wont get mis- billed, double billed, or fake costs. Only good thing about this place wasnt a thing but a person. Dr Davi-Ann Francis and she left. Why? Because of how terrible this place is.
