Wonderfully amazing providers. Extremely courteous, professional and caring providers. Would recommended them 100 out of 100 times but beware of their billing representative Angela. She was abrupt and abrasive. Refused to listened or even provide the slightest bit of courtesy. Tried repeatedly to explain that claim needed to be resubmitted to our insurance company because claim was submitted with the individual provide ID and not the facility ID. The facility is in network, my husband had 5 claims submitted all but one claim was submitted with the facility/practice ID instead of the individual provider ID. There is no way for a patient to know what will be in/out of network as when additional tests are ordered for the same facility they never tell you the name of the provider or if the provider is in or out of network. No appoints are made without them confirming insurance so this should never happen.
