Wonderful experience as I have been a patient since the 1970s. I have had good attention by three doctors who succeeded each other.

Office staff is absolutely terrible. So incredibly rude and every time I call to make an appointment they make me feel like I am inconveniencing them, when I am nothing but kind. I understand it's hard to work with some patients but I have never given them issues and am always extremely gracious whenever I am at the office. However I am always met with rude attitude whenever I call on the phone, or I'm on hold for so long. I like my doctor but the secretaries make me never want to go back

Dr. Stephen Strong is a great doctor. He listens to all your concerns and doesn't rush you. He helped me control my Thyroid condition and other health issues. I was shocked when I read a bad review here for Dr. Strong. I know for a fact he is not a doctor that will change your medications and leave you hanging, neither I agree he is all about the money, he is far from that. I drive an hour to see him and that's because he is a great doctor. He really listens and he is also compassionate. It's hard to find a good doctor these days and he is definitely one of the few.

Dr Frank Pinto is great! Always ready to help me with any problem. Fatima at the front desk always is eager to help me get signed in and ready for my appt with my doctor. Would highly recommend them!

My doctor at this practice is great - kind and attentive, makes me feel as though I'm actually being listened to, has helped me with more complicated medical issues. However.. the office is so poorly run. And I mean SO poorly run. I've been on hold for 30+ mins at a time just to schedule appointments. It took them 2 months to fill out a one-page medical record form I needed. When I finally received the form, tons of the information was incorrect - as if they filled it out for another patient with a similar name. They told me that they didn't have any of my medical records from my previous doctor, although they required those records when I became a new patient less than a year before. The receptionists are miserable and seem annoyed when being asked to do any kind of task. It makes me want to switch practices, even though I absolutely love my doctor. That's how poorly this office is managed. Unless you are willing to tolerate major inconveniences and mistakes due to the staff, I don't recommend this practice. I would give the doctors 4 stars and the staff 0 if I could.
