Each time I reached out with concerns, he personally called me back within minutes and helped me navigate what I was experiencing. Having a doctor who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely compassionate made all the difference for me.

First time visit to a cardiac specialist (electrophysiology). Dr Friedman made it all make sense with very Professional expertise explained in simple terms that were very easy to understand. Stopped many times to ask if I had any questions or needed more explanation. Made sure his thoughts on moving forward were what I actually wanted to do, and what made sense to me. Great informative and calming experience when your facing heart problems!!!

The whole staff is very Professional right down to the gentleman drawing blood. Dr. Friedman is great. He knows his stuff and if he doesn't have an answer for you right then and there, he will find it for you.

Easy check in, almost no waiting time to be seen. The nurse was so pleasant and respectful. Dr Friedman took the time to listen to my concerns.

He was very professional, was prepared to answer any questions I had and was very clear as to what the treatment plan is going forward, best experience in a long time
