Dr. Kashef was absolutely outstanding in every possible way. The entire team was also truly outstanding. From a medical standpoint, the knowledge, competence and professionalism were most exemplary. The procedure was carefully and completely explained and discussed. Furthermore, the preparation the day of the procedure was efficient and, more importantly, was well-executed. Another aspect of my experience that deserves recognition is the "bedside manner" of Dr. Kashef and the team. It was most reassuring to me and most appreciated. Great experience all the way round. Got to the office early. They took me to an exam Room within 5 minutes. Dr came in within 10 mins after consultation with nurse. Dr is patient and listens well. Doesn't rush you. Very thorough.
