My husband went to the ER per Dr Dinklers directions and was told to follow up on discharge within 48 hours.. when telling the receptionist this she said the only appt she has was 4 days out! We had no clue if he's supposed to go to work or what to do care-wise next! Did not inspire confidence

My mother and father had gone to the practice for many years and saw Dr. Will's. Since he has retired, the level of care has dramaticly decreased. Dr. Will's was always proud of his staff for thier personal touch and understanding. I won't go into all details, however in speaking to other family members, ALL have felt the same. It's a shame. My advice..... Seek another practice!

If there was a way of giving them negative stars I would. I was treated with no care and compassion. At no point was any thing ever explain to me To the point where I had to seek a second opinion because I had no trust or faith in the Doctor's ability to diagnose my problem.

A really terrible place. I guess from the other reviews, it's policy for all the doctors to treat you rudely and refuse to answer medical questions and outshout you if you try to say something. Doctor Dinkler is supposed to be better but he's very creepy and likes to touch women when he has no call to. Go someplace else.

My Mom (now 90) has been a patient there for 8 years, following CABG x 4, at Hartford Hospital. Our experience with the Group & Staff has been nothing but outstanding. Their initial referral and follow-up Care contributed greatly to her survival. She currently sees Dr Dinkler, who we've found to be very professional, knowledgeable, and a gentleman. Having practiced Pharmacy in Central CT for ~40 years, I'm familiar with several Cardiology groups in the area and find Cardiology Associates to be competitive with its peers.
