Dr. Azem Dushaj

He is an excellent family doctor very caring, attentive, and patient. He always takes the time to listen and explain things clearly.

PATIENT BEWARE. This physician shouldn't be practicing. He double bills for physicals for no good reason, enters diagnosis into your chart that don't exist, and along with many other examples on non-advocacy, today I had to call the office manager because he's playing games with an important prescription. In addition, when I asked for an authorization for blood work for my physical, he told me through My Chart to schedule an appointment? If you're looking for someone who will support you and advocate for you, this is NOT the guy.

Azem Dushaj minimizes the time you are in his office but maximizes what he bills you and your insurance for. During appointments he doesn't seem present and on more than one occasion he has billed my insurance and me for services he did not render during my appointment. Calling customer service usually requires jumping through a lot of hoops, if you can get someone on the line.

Dr. Azem Dushaj is one of the best doctors I ever visited. As a Student in the healthcare field I found Dr. Dushaj very professional, and very flexible with appointments time based on my school schedule. The staff is very friendly and respectful, and by following Dr. Dushaj advices I am feeling healthier than ever. If you want a professional and accurate physician make sure you visit Dr. Dushaj and you will thank me later.

This is without a doubt the worst Dr. I ever had. He is a prescription jockey who wants you to to come in for every little thing so he can make a few more bucks while he wastes your time. He was also telling me he couldn't refill prescriptions because I was overdue for my physical, which I wasn't. (His staff confirmed that I was not.) He has the bedside manner of beige paint. My spouse feels the same. We will be switching providers.
