I had made an appointment for a physical with this doctor. 24 hours before my appointment. They called to tell me that the appointment slot is already taken. I had already confirmed the appointment and requested the time off of work. I told them as much, and they had little regard for that. I reluctantly asked them if I could reschedule to which they responded "around Christmas Eve." Clearly this doctor and his practice are extremely unprofessional and have little care for their patients. As annoying as it is that they cancelled on me, it is probably for the best given how unprofessional and untrustworthy this practice clearly is. Don't bother making an appointment because they'll wait until the day before to cancel on you. You're better off finding someone who actually cares about their patients.

Incredibly dismissive. I saw Dr. Aggarwal for a recurrent problem, and in addition to offering no solutions, I felt like he didn't listen to a word I said. I was frustrated, and I expressed that to him, and he got very defensive, and continued to make me feel like the problem for even seeking help in the first place. This attitude is why people don't go to the doctor - there are ways he could have conveyed all the same information and treatment plan that didn't leave me feeling dismissed, gaslit, and like he didn't care. I think he would benefit from reading about patient experiences with medical gaslighting, the barriers it creates in seeking care, and the associated negative health outcomes, and maybe doing some trainings on the topic. The nurse I saw was awesome though, she gets five stars.

They take a very long time in helping you, when calling to make an appointment there is a wait time. I've waited an hour to be called back in my place in line only to make an appointment. When I was finally called back they sent me to a different employee only to be told I need to make an appointment first to be checked by dr aggarwal ( which is what I was trying to do this whole time) only to have to call and start the process all over again. Proceeded to call again just to have to wait in line all over again (13 callers ahead of me) when I had already went through the same process.

I've had issues with dismissive doctors in the past, Dr. Raghav Aggarwal has addressed all my concerns and has been very kind to me. Highly recommend!

Dr Aggarwal is very professional and cares for his patients. The front desk staff is efficient and helpful, specially Stephany who is kind and patient. Overall I would definitely recommend this practice.
