I have always been treated with kindness and friendly professional attitude at the front desk and with the staff. Dr Green is terrific and always willing to answer my questions, look at my progress and make me feel comfortable with his treatment, my medications, etc. He shows he cares and he has great knowledge. I heartily (pun intended) recommend the Heart Center.

Dr.Green front office is non professional and conducts unfair practices. My father who is a senior citizen went to Dr Greens office, taken there by my aunt who is a senior citizen, as well. My dads appt was at 3:15pm. Several people who came in and whose appt was after my Dads, was seen by the dr. My dads was left for 1hr 1/2, all while a parade of patients, came and went. My dad was seen after 1hr 1/2. And did not leave the Dr's office until after 5pm. All this, just to spend 10 mins in the doctors presence. . I don't want to say there's any discrimination going on but clearly something was happening which my family is now trying to understand. So basically a 3:15 pm appt, ended up being the 2nd to the last appt. And the only reason I believe, the 2nd to the last. The last patient that came into the office had paperwork to fill out and i believe if that wasnt the case, that individual may have been seen before my dad. Great work front desk staff & Dr Green, in making an over 90 year old black man wait to see a heart Dr All to be passed over by several people whose appt was after his.

Dr Greene is wonderful and extremely knowledgeable The office staff are professional and efficient Would not use any other cardiologist Absolutely 5 star experience !

Dr. Green and his team are truly excellent. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, competent, and kind. Dr. Green took the time to review my history, discuss the risks and benefits of various treatment options with me, and decide on a plan that made the most sense for my case. He heard all of my concerns and explained my case to me in a way that I could understand. The office itself is modern and felt clean and private. I am grateful to be under the care of The Heart Center of Connecticut and would recommend them to anyone.

I was rudely treated by the receptionist who is his wife. I made an initial appointment as a new patient a month ago. She called me to change the appointment because she didn't want me to wait. When I asked about how long I would have to wait and shared my frustration, she got very nasty. It's "9:12 am and I don't need this, I'm doing you a favor and I'm going to share this conversation with Dr Green." At that point, I didn't feel comfortable keeping the appointment so I cancelled. Whatever happened to kindness?
