She has been my doctore for over 15 years, impeccable bed side manners. Excellent doctor, always diagnosed me properly, she takes her time , I never feel rushed. I Love her! I have referred many of my friends and family to her and hey are extremely happy. Her staff is also very pleasant, efficient and helpful.
Dr Silva is my favorite doctor. I find her to be thorough and detailed. A special bonus is that she will draw her own labs. Her assistant Michelle was professional, friendly, and explained everything she was doing in a kind way. Michelle's personality and excellent work ethic go perfectly with Dr Silva and they both made me feel comfortable and heard.
Dr. Silva is overbooked and does not have time to deal with her patients. Her staff is rude and not reliable. I went to her with high fever and thyroid problems. She never called me with the blood results and I had to call her to get these. She sent me to an endocrinologist but her staff did not send the results to them so I was not able to make an urgent appointment. My visit with her is always rushed. While I feel Dr Silva is competent doctor I do think she has too many patients and the quality of her care has become inadequate.
I've been a patient of Dr. Silva at Stamford Primary Care for many years. My visits there lately have been very unpleasant. The receptionists are rude, ignore you and give you attitude. The office is always over booked with long wait times. When I finally got to see Dr. Silva I felt very rushed. She wasn't that engaged and I felt that my questions and my concerns weren't really address. She rushes through her appointments with me every time I'm there and at my last visit I left feeling worse about my health. She told me she would call with the bloodwork results and she never called. I called the office twice to talk to her and the second time I called the person answering the phones pulled up my bloodwork results and told me my results, he is not a doctor and I believe that is also illegal. I don't trust this office and practice and I will no longer be a patient there.
Dr. Silva is the most compassionate doctor. She takes her time and addresses all your concerns. I have been treating with her for years. When undergoing a physical, I like that you go a few days before your appointment to get blood workup and she has the results at the time of your physical. She then discusses your results. Definitely 5 star care.
