Dr. Caroline Pham is an internal medicine physician focused on primary care. Dr. Caroline Pham is excellent. She is patient, kind and really cares. She listens to your concerns and is very responsive with questions in the office or online and explains everything with detail so I'm never left in the dark. I feel comfortable talking to her.
By far the worst doctor! My father who is a 74 year old man was 7 mins late for his appointment because he was coming from up north and there was traffic and she cancelled his appointment when we got there, mind you I was the next appointment! My sister saw her the week before and she has zero bedside manners. She did not listen to her needs and dismissed everything she was concerned about. Do not waste your time with her she is rude and inconsiderate of others!
She is an excellent doctor who is adroit, focused and professional. She is concerned and is a good listener. I highly recommend Doctor Pham as a primary care physician for your health care. She is awesome!
This review is about my parents experience with Dr. Pham. My parents who are senior citizens, were supposed to have their annual physical with this doctor today, but instead the doctor asked them some dumb "psychological" questions to assess God knows what. There were no blood tests done, which was the main point of the annual physical exams. She told them to go back after 3 months to get their blood tests done. Their last year's physical exams were on Oct 2023. Now considering that this was their 2024 annual physical exam appointment, and being 2 elderly people with some health concerns, why wouldn't Dr. Pham do a full physical exam which includes doing the standards blood tests and listening to my parents health concerns and questions??? Maybe it was the fact that they're on Medicare and Medicaid, I do not know... but what I do know is that Dr. Pham is a terrible doctor that shouldn't even be a doctor in the first place if she cannot perform the basic functions of a PCP and a physical exam! Needles to say, I am very upset of the treatment of my elderly parents by Dr. Pham and I'm trying to write this review as calmly as possible so whoever reads this review, would either completely avoid this doctor or investigate for malpractice. Shame on you Dr. Pham!
Dr. Pham's office staff was courteous, efficient, and welcoming. Dr. Pham was friendly, professional, and thorough. The phlebotomist (Marianella) was so good that I didn't feel the jab. My insurance was accepted without issues. I highly recommend this practice to others.
