My wife was recently hospitalized; the hospital totally missed the diagnosis. Thankfully Dr. Deutsch is a dedicated physician and reviewed her test results, found the underlying cause and referred us to the appropriate specialist. Without exaggeration, my wife could be dead if it was not for Dr. Deutsch and the office staff's help in setting up the specialist consult.

Wish i could give zero stars. Do yourself a favor and find a doctor that actually cares and isn't just a "turn your head and cough" doctor. Worst office I've ever seen, the front desk has zero clue what they are doing and will schedule appointments without your knowledge or consent. I proved to the Woman at the front desk that I did not schedule a "physical" and scheduled an MRI and she then said I was "yelling at her" because I proved her wrong(there was zero yelling, i literally laughed in her face) they should be ashamed of themselves but its clearly a money grab/scam they do to schedule "physicals" without your knowledge or consent then try and bill you for "NO-shows". They will be reported to the state and will hopefully have state insurance privileges revoked....find a doctor that cares because this isn't the one

I want to emphasize that my negative feedback is directed at the front office staff and the office manager, not at Doctor Deutsch himself. My initial encounter with the doctor was positive; he was welcoming, attentive, and responsive to my questions, although I did feel a bit rushed towards the end. I understand that he may have been busy, and I appreciated his professionalism. The nurse who conducted the initial intake in the room was also commendable--very professional and accommodating. Unfortunately, my experience took a turn when it came to the front desk and staff. Once they had my medical information, communication became a significant challenge. If you need to follow up with the doctor, be prepared for an arduous process. It felt like I had to navigate through layers of defensiveness, which was more than frustrating. I'm saddened to say that I had to visit urgent care to get my needs addressed, which should not have been necessary. It appears that I am not alone in this experience, as there seem to be similar concerns from other patients. In summary, the unwarranted rudeness and unprofessionalism I encountered when trying to reach the doctor were disheartening. I regret not reading more reviews before choosing this facility. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and initiates improvements within the front office to enhance patient experience. -Sam

Both my husband and I see Dr Deutsch. He is very through and always listens to our concerns. A great find in a doctor, in this modern age.

I was a patient of his I went threw a MRI for my kidneys and upper body because of pain, and come to find out i had a tumor in my left kidney and Paul deutsch said nothing to me I found out from my next doctor when he asked me how long have I have the spot on my kidney, I said to him what spot and he said that Paul deutsch said it was seen but he said nothing to me at all worst Dr ever. And I still blame him for the death of my father. As well as my sister he loves to push the pain pills instead of finding the problem he should be taken out of practice.
