Hartford Healthcare Medical Group: Fiengo Mark N DO

My mother has gone to see him a few times and he told her there is nothing wrong with her after running standard tests. Multiple providers have told her there is an issue with concerns of possible heart failure . The last time she went back to him to express her concern he was extremely rude, nasty and yelled at her. She was crying because she is scared for her health and rather than be supportive or possibly recommend a second opinion he raised his voice, yelling at her telling her to never come back. This is out of line and he will be reported to the medical association.

I accompanied a friend to an appointment with Dr Fiengo. I have never experienced an office appointment with a physician who is as profane, up to and including the use of the "f" word while interacting with a patient. There was a running negative commentary from the physician throughout the appointment also. MD entered the room, took off his mask- stated we didn't need them unless we "wanted to"; then expounded with "they don't do anything anyway!" The most unprofessional encounter I have ever experienced in a healthcare setting

I made a drs appointment to look at a injury I was 9 minutes late they told me to reschedule and that I should go to a walk in clinic. It's shameful the way they treat a patient. Hartford healthcare and Jennifer felichini should be ashamed of themselves. What's the point to an appointment? And was she scheduled so that the maximum amount of time I'd get with a dr no matter what my problems could be is 10 minutes....... cooperations and people like this is what is destroying American values...... it's not like I'm late for a lunch or late to class, I was turned away from a dr for being less than 10 minutes late

Was seen at the ER for chest pain. Was given a expedited referral to be seen here. Finally got a call back after 18 days... i even called twice. Was now given an appointment for over a month later. Unacceptable!! Does this facility not know what Expedited mean?!!

Good Doc, a cardiologist with a sense of humor, when actually getting down to the heart of the manner can lighten the load.
