Dr. Romito saved my life. She's kind , considerate , and will take as much time you need to get an answer with her. She'll tell you straight out what needs to be done for your care to survive and carry on in life to live more comforable with breathing issues. Dr. Romito is a great Dr. I was one of her first patients on her very first day in The Norwich practice. Through the years I have seen her on other occasions and she is the best. She also saved my mother when she was in the hospital with double pulmonary embolisms. I would definitely recommend her. She is very friendly and knowledgeable with great patient relations.
My experience with Dr Romito was amazing. She is very thorough and extremely knowledgeable.Being in the healthcare field myself, it was very important to go to someone who has a reputation of being the best of the best. The office staff was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend her!!
During a scary few weeks of being unable to breath occurring after an acute illness this fall I was referred to Dr Romito. I never had any issues before and I'm a 48 year old (never smoked) female. Even though I am a nurse I'm a super fearful patient (I know too much!). My first visit she made me feel so comfortable and cared about. Like we were friends. The pulmonary function test was difficult but I'm glad I did it. My follow up appointment I was so nervous I wanted to run home while I was waiting. But the minute she walked in I felt better. The news was mostly good but still not what I wanted to hear. Dr Romito helped me accept the situation and took the time to show me the actual pft results and explain them. I left the office understanding the situation and understanding how to manage my care ahead. I'm grateful to have a pulmonologist now, and especially grateful it's a kind compassionate, friendly, intelligent, doctor.
Very friendly office staff! Dr. Romito always takes enough time to be sure all your questions/concerns are addressed. Very warm and personable. Definitely would recommend her if you need a pulmonologist.
