Dr. Samuel is board certified in internal medicine and was awarded his medical degree by Finch University/Chicago Medical School, N. Chicago, IL. He then completed his internship and residency at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine, Farmington, CT.
Currently, he is chief of the Section of Internal Medicine at Norwalk Hospital. He also has a teaching appointment as assistant clinical professor of medicine at Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, CT.
Previously, Dr. Samuel was in private practice as an internist with Norwalk Medical Group since 2005.
He is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society and the Fairfield County Medical Association.

My husband moved to Kansas but hasn't found a dr. yet and he has waited over a week for Dr. Samuel to refill a medication that he needs. We have called the office 4 times and no response from Dr. Samuel on refilling. Not pleased with his communication or customer service. He is still his patient until he finds a new doctor so frustrated with why he won't fill the prescription. Especially since he just saw him at the end of March and he has been filling this for the last 3 years.
