I had to take my daughter to the hospital when she broke her arm. The service was good and I have no complains about the medical staff. The problem was with the billing and the support to provide information. The phone service is inexistent. After days trying to call and leaving messages I finally was able to talk to someone. My insurance is asking for standard forms to validate the payments (UB04), and the hospital refuses to send them. Now I dont have coverage from my insurance because the hospital refuses to provide the billings details. DONT GO! TAKE YOUR CHILD SOMEWHERE ELSE
