Jeffrey Kagan, MD

Dr Kagan has taken care of my family for a number of years. My wife and I came up for our annual physicals from Florida. Excellent doctor. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Kagan is always very professional and knowledgeable.

Doctor was late again about a half hour while I arrived on time for my appointment. If I am going to be held accountable and charged financially if I am late for my appointment, then at the very least the doctor I am seeing should be held accountable for wasting a half hour of my time just because he's over booked. That is not my problem to be a part of and I do not consent to it. It is the year 2024. If I cannot have a provider that respects my time, then I will find a different doctor and outside of Hartford Healthcare. It is disrespectful. For an entire profession that holds an oath to uphold of "first do no harm", it is ironic that a doctor such as the one that sees me can be so blatantly insensitive to the job he holds in this regard. I do not want another empty customer service apology or "sorry". I hear it all the time and it is ingenuine. I just want to be respected and better to be done next time.

Staff was professional and personable. Was seen within a just a few minutes of my scheduled appointment time. I have been seen by Dr. Kagan for many years and consider him to be one of the best doctor's I know. His skill at routing out difficult or obscure diagnoses is remarkable. I highly recommend him and, more importantly, I would trust him to treat any of my loved ones.

Great doctor for 30+ years, I like and respect him a lot: he is caring, knowledgeable and "there for you". Savanna ,his RN ,amezing too. Thank you,guys!
