I have been a patient in the North Haven office for at least 5 years. The last few years has been terrible. Trying to get an appointment is like pulling teeth. It is always at least 3 calls to the doctor's admin to get a call back. Phone tag for weeks. It is a lesson in frustration. Just terrible!
