Planned Parenthood - New Haven Center

I had an amazing experience at this Planned Parenthood location. The staff treated me with so much care and respect. I felt completely safe, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout my visit. Everyone was kind, professional, and made sure I understood everything. I'm so grateful for the compassion and support I received here and I highly recommend this location to anyone seeking quality care!

The staff was incredibly pleasant from the second I walked in. Every single person I had met was kind, caring, and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. I was beyond impressed with the facility cleanliness as well. Very, very excellent and well run establishment.

I was honestly very nervous about coming to this location because of the negative comments I'd read, but I had one of the most comfortable visits to a doctor's office that I've ever experienced! From the front desk to the clinical staff! Everyone was smiling and ready to help you ! Kristin was incredibly sweet and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the process. This was my first time having a surgical abortion, and she guided me through everything from start to finish. The surgical team was A+ the last thing I remembered was the Duola saying my nails looked pretty Even in the recovery room, the nurses were amazing. I know the Black nurse was probably getting tired of me asking questions lol ( I was probably being annoying), but she, along with the other nurse, was very helpful! Ps: there's definitely protestors outside so be aware of that

This is now the second time I've been scheduled come in, and they messed up the dates. Came all the way out here in the rain and it's a big inconvenience, wasn't even able to reschedule for this week because of my work schedule that's why I specifically chose this day. Unorganized and unprofessional.

Kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable staff. I came for a birth control insertion appointment and everyone I interacted with was friendly. It really helped me feel at ease. I booked the appointment online and the wait time to be seen once I was in-office was short. It was a very positive experience and I'd highly recommend this location to anyone.
