I was shocked to be told I had major blockage in my carotid artery due to a stroke I didn't even realize when I had it. Vascular Surgeon Dr. Ayach not only performed successful surgery on me but he was never rushed, he answered all our questions, he was excellent in follow up care and continues to be there for me. He showed my son and me videos of the operation prior to him performing it and made sure I was a good candidate. He never pushed me to have the surgery, he presented all options for decision making. When asked, he gave his medical opinion what was best for me. I highly, highly recommend this surgeon.

Staff was excellent, Nurses the best, following day to the Emergency room because in my opinion the Hospitalist did not do her job properly was unnecessary. The ER staff also fantastic. My 2 complaints are the hospitalist who in my opinion should get alot more training in evaluating patients for release and the lack of communication between the Drs. and the family. We were never informed my mother was being taken down for the pacemaker, we found out by calling to check and see how she was doing and were told by the nurses station, that is inexcusable. If it was not for the Nurses and the ER staff the review would be a 1, if the hospitalist had done her job and the Drs. had better communicated it would be a 5. Regardless the Nursing staff and ER staff get a 5. I think it is time for a team meeting. And a big thank you to the Patient Coordinator for getting my Mother into Southington Care so quickly.

I have been to many doctors but Dr. A was different! From start to finish he eased my mind, described my procedure and gave recommendations. I had no questions after my appointment. He was not pushy to do my procedure and he genuinely showed he cared. I highly recommend him!

Dr Ayach is an excellent, extremely, skilled Vascular Doctor. I highly recommend him and his amazing team that assist him. Everyone at the Farmington office is so friendly and pleasant. Exceptional experience
