Hartford Health Care has many commercials saying basically we are great, and we care about you so come to us. So, I did. My primary care Dr. said make appointment for a cardiologist because of your stroke, I called and was told "for a NEW patient my first appoint is 3 months out". I make the appointment, 1 month before the appointment I get a letter saying call us we need to reschedule your appointment. I call and was told the Dr. is taking some days off so we need to reschedule your appointment.( so your scheduled appointments mean nothing) Told again " for NEW patients the first appoint is now 2 more months out" (you couldn't find a place to put me in sooner, since you are the one cancelling the appointment ???) So, for a patient that decided to use Hartford Health Care because the ADs saying come to us, they blow you off for 5 months. If you can't handle the workload, you have now, why are you trying to get more people to come to you. I was told to make that appointment because "you had a stroke", so I guess that isn't important to Hartford Health Care, and it shows. I would say try somewhere else, but I feel they are all the same. Very Sad, Very sad.
