Patient
I come here several times a year to have blood drawn for various doctors needs. Every time I've come in, the registration process is quick and efficient. After registration, the wait times are always reasonable, but vary, when there are several people in the waiting area. Once my name is called, the actual drawing takes less than two minutes on average. I've never experienced any more than a mild "pinch" sensation when they insert the needle, and far more often, feel nothing at all with any of the many phlebotomists that have drawn my blood over the ten years I've been coming here. I just can't watch while they insert the needle in my arm. Makes me very queasy. I'm usually in and out within 20 minutes, and I think that's a very reasonable amount of time.
