Tried to get in within a month and first found out that even though my doctor gave me the name of them and it said referral that they had no record of a referral and they had no doctor by the name on the referral. They could sched me but I would need to get a faxed referral. So I took a new position and starting in a month. Trying to reschedule for any day anytime before that and was told in 2 seconds by the person on the phone nothing available. Not even a cancellation list to get on. I find it hard to believe she could have looked it up that quickly and this is just for a consultation that will probably last all of 10 minutes and with an assistant. Trying to find someone else.

This place is a nightmare pre scheduled two appointments called back to reschedule one appointment and then was told that they had to cancel the appointment because provider wasnt available. That they wete about to cancel. I then spent two weeks with schedulers telling me they would call me back without any contact had to go to their office 20 min drive to schedule another appointment. Finally much needed appointment before before my scheduled surgery. You guessed it I receive a call an hour before my scheduled appointment and they canceled again saying they don't have a provider available. The girl who called me Lexi Manill horrible no empathy just kept saying I will call you back to reschedule. Sounded like a robot. Still no resolution to this nightmare.

The epitome of everything that's wrong with the healthcare system in the US. Rude, barely functional front desk staff. They expect you to check in on their broken "mychart app" then have you do it all over again at the front door desk. 20-30 minute plus wait. Actual medical staff seems competent, but the office is awful. Avoid if possible.

I don't recommend this group for many reasons, but I'll limit this review to their billing practices. They charged more for a visit with an APRN than with a MD. If I had to visit this group again, I would get an upfront quote for any visit or services.

I wasn't taken serious by the cardiologist I saw. She recommended a sleep apnea test even though I said I don't snore. My concerns were overlooked and dismissed.
