Krzysztof J Jakubowski Md

Dr. Jakubowski has been my 80 year old mother's doctor for approximately 25 years. He is genuinely kind, compassionate and caring, soft spoken and patient. When we thought my mother was going to pass away from Covid in 2020 he, himself would call several times per day to personally check in on her. When things got very bad he insisted that she go to Yale, as Midstate kept saying she was ok and sending her home. His decision to send her to Yale saved her life, and for that I am personally forever grateful for his exceptional care and dedication to my mother's care. Dr. Jakubowski has always gone above and beyond for my aging mother and I trust him completely. I highly recommend Dr. Jakubowski, especially for geriatric patients with chronic conditions who need a skilled doctor to help them understand their conditions. He has greatly helped my mother with the beginning stages of dementia and I have no doubt he will continue to be by her side as her condition worsens and changes. Dr J has been my doctor for a very long time. I'm not one to keep on top of my medical visits but no matter how long he's known me as a patient he has not relented in making sure I know that he is very aware of this and I STILL understand that he DOES NOT approve! He still sees me regardless... He is a one of a kind Dr that still takes the time before each and every appointment to sit down in his office and talk to you before any exam. That's an awesome thing that no longer occurs in this day and age. (Most dr's want you in & out! They get paid by quantity NOT by quality!) I could rave about him all day but you won't know till you see him yourself!

Dr.Jackowbowski is one of the most caring and professional Doctor I have ever went to. He is a Doctor you never want to loose. He's definitely one of the few like himself that can be found around anymore. I wish all Doctors could be like Dr.J.

He's been my Primary care physician for the last 21 years. Almost since the good Dr. Started his practice at his location here in South Meriden Dr. J always takes the time to listen to your problems and acts accordingly. He has the best bedside manner I've seen from a M.D. So, if you need a Primary Care physician he's a great one.

He is a great Doctor. He listens to you. He takes the time. He goes over your medications and really cares. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
