They are constantly giving out false information. Their hours are NEVER accurate... they will let you schedule an appointment for a time they aren't open and they're not accommodating at all when they mess things up. They are terrible and do whatever they want which isn't fair to people taking time off work for appointments. Get new staff please
I Love this place I was having women issue BV I used a new Dove soap and man it threw me off balance this place is only 3 .0 miles so glad beautiful office kind friendly safe the Dr she is awesome gets the Job done know what will help me get well Thank you I appreciate you ALL
My appointment is at 10:10. This is not the first time I've had to sit in their waiting room LONGER then needed. 10-15 minutes fine. Every single person in front of me as been called before me! I am never coming here again. I'd rather wait the time to be seen at my primary care doctor even if I have an egging issue.
Quite literally the most comforting, nurturing, and friendly medical staff I have encountered in ANY doctor's office. Period. Hannah was incredible. My APRN, Heather Harris, is an angel. I shamelessly leave my name with this review, as a proud patron of Planned Parenthood--if you need ANYTHING, go to this location.
Very helpful and respectful. Had to deal with an emergency pregnancy and they were very understanding. The wait time was maybe 2mins top. They even gave me medication to deal with a blood disorder I forgot i had incase I wanted to get pregnant again in the future. These ladies are awesome !
