I have suffered from a chronic health challenge since the age of nine. I am currently 68 years old. Throughout those almost 6 decades I have had far too many doctors to list here, but I can honestly say, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that Dr Jacoby is the best doctor I have ever had. He is as friendly as he is knowledgeable and he is extremely knowledgeable. My wife and I are both very grateful for the fact that he is my doctor.
Dr Jacoby is outstanding in his own right. If I were to focus on my experienced comparison with Dr Kelly in Waterbury (horrible cardiologist) I would say Dr Jacoby deserves a fan faired PARADE In his honor! I will focus my positive experience on the service Dr Jacoby Provides...he is thorough-which goes to saying-he listens. He spends time...I heard a patient yelling and complaining because he had to wait... after Jacoby finished this appt w the angry patient He came directly to my room as if nothing happened-the berating from this patient did not effect his next patient. There are "some" times that I have to wait-not always...but I have patience and understanding because I know his attention is with whomever he's infront of...he takes the time to not only listen but to analyze greater solutions. If he (Or me) is not seeing progress and satisfaction in a treatment he keeps at it until there is a positive solution. He is caring, warm, appropriately humorous and has a super Ability to speak on the subject of the heart with ease - without impatience, condescending tone, or talking above you. He has empathy...conversely when there's good news he is truly happy for his patient. I am not a number. Very professional with a great bit of human service...he could never be otherwise-you sense the truth, which is, he is doing what he loves. I feel blessed and lucky to have found him. If you are looking for a true lifesaver for your ailing hearts problems-I highly recommend Dr Jacoby!
