Dr Jaiswal is absolutely fantastic. He not only listens intently to each patient, but makes them feel heard. He cares about his patients, and takes the time to make me feel comfortable. I always can contact him or his staff and get an answer to my questions and concerns, and feel comfortable doing so. He listens and takes note of each side effect or symptom and makes a great decision as to what to do next. He also makes note of quality of life, which I find extremely important. I would not be where I am today without him!

Dr. Jaiswal's care is extraordinary. He makes a genuine effort to connect personally with the patient. His explanations are thorough and detailed, yet he makes sure you understand without talking down to you. He takes as much time as necessary to get his message across and encourages questions and patient input. He was able to relieve my anxiety and become enthusiastic in participating in treatment.

Dr. Jaiswal is the best! He is kind, patient, thorough, knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer any questions and shows genuine interest / concern in my progress as his patient. Best doctor I've ever had!!

My husband had a heart transplant in November 22. Yesterday's visit was a periodic follow up. Dr Jaiswal was his heart failure doctor and has led us through this journey with the utmost of personal care and tremendous knowledge. I can't imagine how we would have managed without his support. We are forever grateful to him and to the entire transplant team at Hartford Hospital for their attention and expertise.

Doctor Jaiswal was pleasant and easy to work with, I actually forgot he was a doctor and felt like I was having a chat with an old friend. (An old friend that just happens to be an extremely intelligent doctor) :) I left the office with a positive attitude and feeling confident I was in good hands. The doctor and his entire staff are 10 stars all the way, and I am very happy I ened up in his care.
