Dr Telesford is amazing! But good grief is the front desk ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. These women are careless, rude, and never answer the phone. I've never experienced more unprofessional behavior from anyone ever. Grown adults with the attitude of teenagers. Also extremely unhygienic and unprofessional look, tattoos, piercings, long nails, etc. Save yourself the trouble and take your health matters somewhere else.

Worst walk in clinic I have ever been too. The wait is beyond ridiculous. Dr. Telesford can be very unprofessional at times having attitudes when patients need documentation filled out or when he is over worked. I waited 2 1/2 hours for an appointment I had scheduled. Just an unprofessional place with to many attitudes and no recognition of what is going on. Find another clinic if you want proper treatment.

Reckless Life Treating Service. Wondering Doctor, horrible with time management. I was put on medication, in need of a refill. I've been waiting to get this resolved for 12 days. Waiting now 10 days for a response from the doctors office. Made a appointment for last week waited in the back for over 75 minutes and wasn't seen. Asked to speak with a office manager was scheduled for a telehealth call the next day. I was called two hours after my schedule call time. We discussed medication and I was told the perception would be put in. That was six days ago. I needed the refill five days ago. I have called every day asking for a nurse or office manager. My pharmacy still has not received anything from the office because I call them everyday as well. This is life threatening and scary that this office can be so reckless and careless when dealing with sensitive matters involving patient's health.

The people that answer the phones are HORRIBLE with customer service. You call most times you can't through, you get a voice mail, you leave a message or text NO ONE ever calls back.. the office staff , very unclean unprofessional look. I'm seeing tattoos, nose rings, septum rings, long colorful acrylic nails, dingy uniforms. Please do better!
