Horrible office!! Michelle Glidden keeps you waiting then forgets you are her pt for years! Then not once but twice orders a test involving a med you're allergic to!! Then she orders a holter monitor without telling you it's billed by a different company and she never supplies then your ins! 4 mos later still no results BUT you are now stuck with a $1000 bill and the office response ( that takes weeks to get) is " not our problem". They have endangered my life and left me financially in debt!! Office manager can't be bothered to return calls or actually follow up like she says she will.

Some people are not professional and not cut out to work with humans. Had an appointment yesterday at 12pm, even the reminder appointment call stated 12pm, got there 12:03pm and I was told my appointment is at 12:30pm when checking in, got placed into a room later and stayed a little over 15mins before being seen. Once the room started getting cold, I looked for assistance. That was unacceptable, end up leaving after 1:20pm and went back to make a correction. It is vital that health professionals listen to their patients too, people know their body. It doesn't matter what the medical books may say. The worse part was the person at the front desk trying to educate me about something I am aware of, she tried to play, "I don't think you understand card." My dear I think you need to learn some people skills, because whatever spirit you're dealing with, do not bring that to work. You try to educate me on something I requested, taken, and given to patients and residents, do not tell me I might need extra since it was prescribed, I ask for it. Never judge a book by its cover. Once she continued to elaborate and I realized she did not comprehend and assumed I was the one lacking the knowledge, I walked away. Thought about rebuking that spirit in the name of Jesus, but just left, because that was an ignorant spirit. Had an issue at my last appointment 6months ago when I had a test done. Told them no male Tech, they scheduled me with a male Tech. The next appointment was with a female, tried to tell her the toilet splashes at an alarming rate when you are in the restroom, which is unsanitary. she had an attitude. After the test, felt like the life was sucked out of me. Talk about energy vampire. Guess I need a new office because that add stress which is the opposite of what you're trying to resolve.

Staff does not call patient to inform them that office is closed. This happened twice in one month. The clerical staff needs guidance. The doctors are helpful.

I had my vein procedure done on Nov 7th 2019 and I will not get to meet with the doctor until 1/28/2020 for the results. Since then I had to call the PA a week after the procedure because I was having pain she told me to take aleve and call back on Friday I called back on Friday but never received a return phone call. I have since had two leg scans but have no idea of the results. I think communication could be much better.
