Made a new patient appointment for myself and my husband for a new patient consult and blood work. When booking, I requested appointments at the same time, was told that to do that, we'd be seen by different NPs for our consults, which was fine. The day of, my husband got a text message that his appointment was moved 30 mins later, which was the first red flag. We arrived 15 minutes early to my (now earlier) appointment to fill out any paperwork, which they then told me I would do in the exam room. We waited for 40 minutes and were never called in. I asked what was going on after the first 25 minutes of waiting and was told they were just waiting for a room. Awful first and last experience with this office, I would not recommend.

Great. I recently visited GMA for an appointment and was impressed with the level of care . Staff was professional and attentive. I felt like the doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and provide thoughtful guidance. Overall, highly recommend this group in Greenwich - I appreciated the prompt follow up call after my visit.

Great experience every time I go to this office. From the PA to the Dr. I use, the staff is friendly and actually take the time to explain your health/any test results, etc. I highly recommend over a big corporation which connects you to customer care in India.

Dr Mayus is horrendous. Rushes through appointment and doesn't return phone calls or messages through portal. Sloppy and disorganized also. Avoid.
