If there were zero stars, i'd pick that but hands on, the worst experience i've had with reception in my entire life. My doctor referred me to this institute in June and i tried to get a hold of them for a new patient appointment. They told me they have a specific person who makes the appointments so i called her and she wouldn't pick up the phone. I left her 5 messages continuously day after day and it would go straight to voicemail. I finally called the main office and explained my situation and they told me to wait for a letter. The letter arrived with the same information of a phone number and address which i had previously been attempting to contact so i called them again and they said if she's not picking up, you can go to the office in farmington and schedule it there yourself. I drove to farmington and the staff is clueless as a nail, repeating "we don't make the appointments here" so what am i suppose to do??? what are they responsible for exactly? i left the building and went back to my providers office and they told me it was a waste of time to try and get in contact with them and scheduled me with a new institute. New patients beware, they are incompetent and don't care about how to treat people. Truly the worst interaction i've had with staff, they should be ashamed.
