Vein Institute

For my first time beginning with the phone call the lady that answered the phone was very pleasant. The receptionist was unbelievable, exceptional polite, and professional. The nurse or PA was outstanding and friendly. The ultrasound went well, but I knew what I was coming in for I had a feeling because I went through it before, but I felt so great being that it was my first time I felt like I was at home and everyone knows me I don't put five stars but they get beyond a five star and I am coming back with my follow up very easy to make appointments. I'm just happy I'm going home and that I can be helped.

Had my first appointment with Dr. Afshar and his team. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Eased my fears on my upcoming procedures. First impressions are everything and it's so refreshing to know there are still medical staff around that are professional and make you feel safe. Thank you so much.

The receptionist at Vein Institute was friendly and welcoming as soon as I entered the office. The nurse brought me to an exam room within minutes. She was very friendly and gave me information and answered all my questions.The office was accommodating and put me in for an ultrasound of my legs veins that same day. Dr Afshar explained all the finding and recommendations for treatment of my leg veins. He answered all my questions and I knew he was the perfect specialist to treat my leg veins. His professional and friendly manner put me at ease.

Excellent experience all around. Professional staff supported me during visit and were friendly, comforting, and knowledgeable. The Dr was perfect in explaining my legs issue and was so positive that I felt relieved and reassured that my future visit would resolve my problem Overall I was pleased with the office, location and really happy that I completed the ultra sound right in the office. Found this place using google and so happy I did. Everyone there is so incredibly nice and understanding (considering the reason why I went there). I am doing a series of 5 hemorrhoid red light therapies and they are quick to get me scheduled during times that work for my schedule. Definitely recommend this place and this location.
