All The doctors are Great, Their staff behind the desks are a different kind of incompetent, Well let me put it this way, they wanted me to wear a monitor, I asked does my insurance pay for it , they said yes don't worry about it, we take care of all that, then one day I get a huge bill, they had put the monitor on me then decided to get approval after I worn it and also tried charging for a type I didn't wear, So Dr had them remove the entire cost., now 8 months later the same thing almost happened, I told them to get approval first And to also call me before my next app. , guess what they never called my insurance. or me, So I canceled my app and had their phone service contact them, they said they sent two emails to the ladies to check for approval and asked them to call me, been 3 weeks since I was suppose to wear the monitor. Don't think these ladies know what they are doing, well they are gonna be embarrassed today, going their in person , Gonna tell the Dr all about this, with all their patients , they need better help, Their gonna end up with a massive lawsuit one day, And you also never never can call the office it's always their answering service to pass along messages

From the beginning they've had horrible staffing.They also apparently do not call you to confirm your appointments they consider this a "courtesy",never have I heard of this before.Ive had appointments scheduled on days they're not even there and haven't even received a call back! Go somewhere else!

I have had two incidents of trying to get a critical prescription filled and have gone a couple of days without proper medication for both me and my father-in-law. The support staff is absolutely and totally horrendous. Dr. Domakonda is actually very very good but because his support staff is so impetent it is bordering on dangerous. Also I have reported that one of his locations, the Hamden, location, is not in the insurance records information and therefore will not cover any of the services and I have reported over a week ago and nothing done. I was actually told that the doctor is too busy and that's why he couldn't call me back. I don't need a call from the doctor I just want to support staff to fix the issue. Having been in business, in banking, for over 30 years I get the situation of being short staffed but you cannot shut down your office for an hour or an hour and a half for lunch during the day and not respond to peoples critical needs.

These are the most unprofessional people in Enfield for cardiology the entire time that I was being seen by the APRN. I never saw the cardiologist once, and was never spoken to by him. I was getting a second opinion, and they were very hesitant because I was seeing another cardiologist just to make sure that I was getting the most accurate diagnosis almost like they had something to hide like they were fearing it because they were not doing something properly, anyways I ended up getting all my medical records and bring it to this actual cardiologist doctor, and none of the test that they supposedly did for me were anything of medical value. They just charge the insurance company just to make money. I plan on contacting the Better Business Bureau and I will be contacting a lawyer for medical miss practice. I highly advise nobody to go to this cardiologists. They also decided to send me a letter in the mail, saying that they are no longer going to treat me as a patient even though according to them, I have a severe medical condition and that there are other competent and capable Cardiologis out there. Which totally contradicts him being a competent cardiologist. I have all the evidence I need and I will be seeing them in court.

Drove 45 minutes and no one was there. 3 stars because I feel bad leaving any local business 1 star. Everyone makes mistakes
