All The doctors are Great, Their staff behind the desks are a different kind of incompetent, Well let me put it this way, they wanted me to wear a monitor, I asked does my insurance pay for it , they said yes don't worry about it, we take care of all that, then one day I get a huge bill, they had put the monitor on me then decided to get approval after I worn it and also tried charging for a type I didn't wear, So Dr had them remove the entire cost., now 8 months later the same thing almost happened, I told them to get approval first And to also call me before my next app. , guess what they never called my insurance. or me, So I canceled my app and had their phone service contact them, they said they sent two emails to the ladies to check for approval and asked them to call me, been 3 weeks since I was suppose to wear the monitor. Don't think these ladies know what they are doing, well they are gonna be embarrassed today, going their in person , Gonna tell the Dr all about this, with all their patients , they need better help, Their gonna end up with a massive lawsuit one day, And you also never never can call the office it's always their answering service to pass along messages
