THE WORST RECEPTIONIST OR MEDICAL ASSISTANT EVER WHEN THERE'S A PROPREM AND YOUR PANICKING. AFTER YOU'VE DESCRIBED YOUR PROPLEM. THESE TYPE OF PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO HAVE JOBS IN THESE FIELDS. MAKING IT EVEN MORE DIFFICULT TO SEE THE DOCTOR.

Staff is very professional and polite. The administration is also top-notch. My doctor has been exemplary, and likely save my life with his initial diagnosis back in 2005, in less than a day I had angioplasty and a stent, the blockage was 100%. He recognize the symptoms required immediate attention. The only difficulty is getting to speak to a nurse, this has fallen off it used to be direct connect and you could discuss the situation. Now it appears the only options they gave is 911 or a possible call back inside 24 hours.

I had to have angioplasty which they did nothing the first time but pump die into myself causing me to get sick , then telling me they could not do the procedure due to the level of die in my system is dangerous and then two weeks later made me come back to do the work. Afterwards they charged me double, I had tried to dispute and now they have attorneys roach and Murtha from Syosset NY threatening to place judgment and garnish my salary- be forewarned about there business practices

Go elsewhere. The receptionist there are rude, disrespectful, and absolutely don't care about their patients. They will hang up on you, talk down to you, and mind you this is Cardiology. People with heart issues like myself! Shame. Go elsewhere trust me.
