Kind, timely, professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely go here again. For being a walk in clinic, I was in and out within 35 minutes - so fast! My provider was so kind and didn't make me feel bad for asking any questions, which she had ALL the answers to!

I went here recently and it was a terrible procedure. Not only did I have to wait 20 minutes WHEN NO ONE WAS THERE. The nurse treated me with such attitude I believe I did not deserve. My father and I went in (I am 15 years old) and he was treated very nicely, everything went smooth for him he got his situation handled. I was telling the nurse my symptoms and what medicine I took before hand things like that, and she twisted my words and repeated them into something I never said. I then corrected her, and my father asked for a doctors note for my school, and then she raises her voice at me. I guess she completely ignored what I said and she heavily implied, no you are wrong, you are lying about your sickness. She had such attitude and I remained calm the whole way through. She then went on how "I faked my sickness" and also went out of my way to drive 30 mins to a clinic I had no purpose being in (I think she was implying I was wasting her time) according to her. She went on this for about 2 mins and then she said and I repeat her exact words, "if you are not bleeding out of your head or dying, I don't want you to come here." I laughed it off at first because I thought to myself this is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. How can someone that has a career to make sure people are healthy say such a thing. I guarantee she does not know what mutual respect is. I have decided I will not be coming back to this clinic after what happened today. That was the last time I will ever step foot in there. I would rather have tried to figure my case myself if I knew how this experience would be. (The receptionist was nice, other than my experience with the nurse I do not know about other staff).

This place is hot and cold. When it's good, its good, but that is less frequent than I'd like it to be. It's bad more than good as of late. The customer service staff is rude. Good luck trying to call for an appointment. They just pick up the phone and hang up sometimes without even saying hello. Try asking a question and get you might get that "stop wasting my time" body language... At the moment, I cannot get in to see my doctor because I can't get through to make an appointment. I had to do walk-in last week because nobody answers the phone, and they treated me like a new patient... I've been there for 5 years. I never see the same people twice at the check-in desk, so they must have a turnover problem. Prescription refills take 5-7 days to get back to the pharmacy. I've been stuck in purgatory between the office and CVS in the past. Office says they sent it, CVS says they didn;t receive, and the office wouldn't pick up the phone. I had to go days without refills. Dr Kaye is a good doctor. In fact, all of the medical professionals are pretty good. It's a shame they work in such a disorganized place that really does not seem to take customer service seriously. If only there were better options in town. I may start looking for someone out of town soon.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Waited in line for WELL over an hour to get blood work done after fasting all night,and them not opening till 9am. I was 2nd in line, and when I asked if there was a more convenient time,because I've been waiting so long,I find out that I was forgotten about because someone entered something incorrectly. It's like MY time isn't important, but miss a doctor appointment, and they want to try and charge you anyway. BULLSHIT!
