I'll start by saying my Dr is great. Everything else about this location is about as bad as a hot poker through your eye. I sat on hold for over 25 min only to hear the phone receiver picked up and then put back on hold at least 6 times. I guess the entitled employees there feel they don't need to do their job and can just flake off on patients that need help. The person taking my order at McDonald's would be a better employee than the trash they have answer the phones here.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a practice. Was referred here to obtain a specialist referral and the dr. was very nice at first. Said that he would get me in quicker than usual and he would make some calls for me. A month goes by, I hear nothing so I give the office a call. They tell me that they will put a note on the doctor's desk and he will call me asap. Another two weeks goes by, so I call again. They tell me that the doctor doesn't have any referrals for me and to try to just call my insurance provider. For context, I have already done this and explained this to them multiple times, which was the reason I was looking for a referral in the first place. Very frustrated at this point, I just write off this office and start doing research on my own. I then get a call from the office again, and they tell me that they will have a specialist contact me to help straighten out the situation. I then receive another call later in the day and instead of straightening out this month and a half disaster, they tell me yet again to just call my insurance.. I'm not sure what is going on at this office, but they basically took my copay to string me along for a month and a half with no response, call me after the situation is over to "help" then do the same thing again and give me a resolution I have already tried on my own. I now have to wait double the time for a specialist because of this entire process. I would stay away from this office at all costs.

They charged $17 to send medical records to a doctor that actually listens to concerns and treats them. That said, the office staff was always pleasant.

This medical group has always been perfect in every respect. Everyone is great!
