Fred Allen Crawford III, MD | Kaiser Permanente

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Crawford. My family member was in urgent need of medical attention, but instead of offering care and compassion, he seemed disinterested and lacked empathy. When we expressed our concerns, he tried to redirect us to his physician's assistant and an appointment weeks out, which felt dismissive of the seriousness of the situation. Thankfully, my family member is a strong self-advocate and sought treatment in the ER, where they were finally given the care they needed and still in the hospital. I would not recommend this doctor based on this experience. Compassion and patient care should always come first, and unfortunately, that was lacking here.

My wife suffered a heart attack recently and had an atrial fibrillation incident as well. Dr. Crawford became my wife's Cardiologist. My wife had a stint inserted in her artery, not by Dr. Crawford but by a member of the team. Dr. Crawford has been the supervising physician through this whole process and I have to say that under Dr. Crawford's care my wife has had the best possible outcome. I can't praise nor thank Dr. Crawford and his team enough; his advise and care have been exemplary! We have always felt that Dr. Crawford was caring, compassionate, and truly had my wife's best interest in mind. If I have a problem with my heart, I would insist on Dr. Crawford as my Cardiologist! When facing life threatening illness, it is a Godsend to have caring, competent professionals like Dr, Crawford that you can rely on.

Dr Crawford is the best! He eased my fears & his nurse Mishelle is the best! They are on top of everything so all i ever have to do is show up & she does the rest. An amazing team at Dr Crawford's office.
