Delivery Room Kerrie was my daughter's nurse, the first night she got admitted she was nice. As my daughter went into labor the next day, Kerrie was very rude and wouldn't not listen to her patient! My daughter told her she was hurting her and she said i don't care, I'll I care about is the baby. She was complaining about trying to take care of the baby and didn't seem to have any concerns about mom to be, she should've have been worried about mom and baby! Not just baby! She was rude to doctor and to everyone in the delivery room. Kerrie needs to find a new job because she is terrible at her job now if she can't take care of her patients, mom and baby, she shouldn't be allowed to work with deliveries. She had the nerve to tell us if we didn't like her we could request to have somebody else the next day.

Well I can see why they only have 2.7 stars. If I could leave a zero star review I would!! My aunt is here receiving care there for almost 2 weeks. I come from a healthcare background and know that how she is being treated is unacceptable. I finally got to go visit her yesterday and imagine my surprise from the looks of her room. (Will insert pictures) She is non-ambulatory. She was sat in her room chair on 02/11/2025 by physical therapy. She had complained to me that morning that she slept in a soaked bed and in her pee all night(she has a purewick catheter). Her bed had a big pee stain on it and the bed was not stripped, and a new chuck was just thrown over the stain. (Forgot to get a picture of that) Anyways as soon as I walk in the room I notice trashes full to the brim, the floor was disgusting with brown stains. Her commode was dirty with stuck in urine, mind you she has not used her commode for like a week and a half since she has a kidney drain and is non ambulatory. There was trash all over the floor. I then go into her bathroom(that she has not used) that had 3 dirty bedpans, stuff all over the toilet and urine all over the floor. She is being forced to use those dirty bedpans over and over again. She has only gotten 2 bed baths since she's been there and they have been done by family who has visited. No one is asking her if she would like to be cleaned up. Yesterday (02/11/2025) therapy did her hair!! She then was forced to fecal on herself(was told by the nurse myself that that's how she would have to do it). After her call light being ignored many times when asked if she could get help to the bathroom. After she fecal on herself they were able to put her back in bed and clean her up. After disgusting looks from nurses who were cleaning her up, the dirty trash from that was left in the room. This is all unacceptable and her care team needs to be reprimanded.

It's like any ER at a not for profit hospital - the waiting room is filled to overflowing, and there has to be one person acting out, or it isn't that. I was there for post-op surgical pain in my lumbar spine. In 10 hours, they remembered, after being prompted several times, to give me pain meds once, after I had been there for 6 hours, and separated from my own supply. They did an MRI, which I think I waited 6 hours for, so 8 hours after I got there. Once the MRI results came in, I eventually left AMA - had to get out of there so I could take my pain meds. They were trying to reach my surgeon, which I understood was not possible. It pretty much sucked, but this is what these ERs are all like, so it was an average experience. The important thing was the MRI, which did provide info that my doctor and I needed.

I would give this hospital a zero star if I could. We waited for five hours for my husband to be seen after passing out without any cause, who's a healthy, active man btw, only to be told he passed out due to pain without finding what's causing the pain. After running tests we were told at discharge everything came back fine on the results and to "take it easy" and take pain reliever when needed. Then when reading through his results in his discharge paperwork we found multiple issues wrong that were never brought up or discussed with us before discharging home. They were happy to take our copay and charge our insurance though of course!! I would avoid this hospital at all costs and we will NOT be going back.

My mom was having shortness of breath and is in severe and chronic pain; I was understanding of the wait but once we were in her hospital room, the doctor couldn't draw her blood since she barely has any veins in her arms. He went to get someone else but we ended up waiting for what felt like over an hour almost. There were people outside our window too that didn't even come in to check on my mom or turn off the beeping noise that was coming from the room. I've heard this place used to be great but given my overall experience tonight and currently, I beg to differ. You cannot be ignoring patients like that and taking so long. It's unacceptable behavior and pure incompetence.
