Does not listen to any of your concerns! He says "ok. See you again in 3 months". When I got my visit summary , everything that was on the summary that they said they did, they didn't do any of it. And his office staff they are the rudest people I ever met. They never call you back. I will be going somewhere else.

So disappointed. My mother has a spot on her lungs that has been monitored for a couple of years. She had her annual x-ray done. The Doctor was concerned so sent her to get a Cat scan. The office called back to make an appointment for the results. In the past they just told her there was no change. The Dr. office min makes an appointment for 12 days later. My mom being worried asks me to t as keep her. We get there 10 minutes early. We wait 40 minutes to get to the room. Then wait another 15 minutes for Doctor Shapiro to come in. He says " What are you here for today?" He obviously didn't look at her folders. We tell him. He calls the nurses to get the results..... then finds them in the folder he never looked at. Says everything is fine, no change. He listens to her breathing. Asks if she is congested. She say she's been coughing up yellow mucus. He gives her two prescriptions. Antibiotics and steroids. Then asks if she's swollen. She says not really. He says there might we an issue with her heart! Doesn't even listen to her hear. Prescribes an echocardiogram! And leaves. He wasn't in the room for 10 minutes! I do not recommend Dr. Shapiro!

Very disappointing doctor. Does not spend any time with you and does not listen to what you are saying. Does not read your chart and recommends horrible treatment for your issues. Do not go there. A serious waste of your time.

Gives people pretty serious diagnoses without running appropriate tests. Go elsewhere or get a second opinion! If we could give him zero stars we would.

Long waiting room times, less than 5 min visit from an unprepared, uncaring Dr and no follow up.
