I've been a patient for 4 months now, and I have had nothing but a great experience here. The staff is always friendly and on top of their game. My wait time from the moment I check in is relatively short, unlike some other doctors offices. I am truly happy with my choice to become a patient here.

Well I got to say I was in the e.r two days in a row I was instructed by two different e.r physicians to follow up with my primary care Dr. The following day. I was seen twice by nickel.already and was going through treatment still while I ended up in the e.r twice. So I following the e.r physicians to follow up the following day I call and James tells me nicole on vacation can't be seen till Friday so I explain to him I need to be seen ASAP I was instructed by two e.r physicians to do so he says there all booked up he can't do nothing for me so it got a little heated mind you I'm not feeling good and for to him to tell me nothing he could do so we hang up ... I call back and ask him if there is a cancellation list in wich he can put me on he then he says yes there is ..why didn't he do that in the first place would have diffused the whole situation in the first phone call... Now I left message to reschedule haven't heard back and they won't answer my calls..sounds like he took it personal and hasn't responded to get time in for the right treatment I need this is my life it's not a game or to be taking personal. I have been there there for longer than a year and receive this kinda treatment is ridiculous. I have always respected Nicole she has been awesome in my care..

This medical center is truly amazing. The office staff is really good at scheduling, they don't over book their doctors causing a excessive waiting room wait time, every appointment I have had with this facility they get me in on my schedule time even times I just walked in without an appointment they handled matters quickly. Even though they are quick with your appointment and getting you into a room, both Dawn and Nicole spend appropriate time with you to get to the bottom of your issues. They both listen without judgment and actually help with your concerns no matter how small of an issue. To give an example on this I'm 37 years old I have ADHD and have also struggled with mental health issues throughout my life. I have issues taking medications I experience side effects and ultimately do not like the way metal health meds make me feel. Most doctors I have had experience with ignore this detail never listen to me and want to keep trying different pills and tell me it's basically a trial and error process to "find" the right medication. At a really hard time in my life with tears running down my face I broke down and asked Dawn if she knew of a light antidepressant I could take. Without hesitation Dawn offered to have me tested genetically to see exactly what pills I could take safely. This was small and minor to offer and I'm sure they do this for anyone, however this was massive in my life having this test done didn't fix my problems but it sure opened my eyes and explained a bunch of things I have had issues with, that no one ever cared to listen to me on except for Dawn. It's with a broken heart that I leave this review, I have had to relocate to a different state and unfortunately I cannot bring this facility and all the people in it with me (because I sure would if I could). Hands down the best medical team and facility I have found in life, I pray I find another one similar. I wish everyone the best of life that work here, you are ALL wonderful, thank y'all so much.

Went in for my cdl physical and was in and out ! Highly recommended!!
