Pueblo West Primary Care

I have been a patient of Amanda for about 8 years. Her and her staff, are the absolute best. She actually listens, and will try her best to find the root cause of issues, and not just prescribe meds to get you out. She is very professional, yet simultaneously down to earth and easy to talk to. Ive recommended many friends to her, and my whole family now sees her for care. If billing issues popped up, which can happen, they have been great at looking into it, and resolving it. I cant recommend her and her staff enough!

Amanda is a phenomenal provider. She did more for me in 1 month than my provider did in 8 years. She made a very serious diagnosis (cancer) very seamless. She got me into the Mayo Clinic. Something that I needed desperately. She never makes me feel rushed. Her nurse Lori is superb about returning calls and refilling medication. They are a dynamic duo. If it werent for Amanda who knows where id be. I'm so grateful for the two of them.

Shelby Duffy is one of the most incompetent doctors I've ever had the misfortune of being seen by. She doesn't care about her patients. I had messaged them stating I was suicidal and my meds weren't working and they took a week to get back to me. Went in today for an appointment and was gonna let them know that I'm suicidal again and need additional help and was told to leave and to come back Monday. Won't be returning.

Wow do not go here if you are wanting to increase your health do not go here this place is a complete hell zone holding my anti-psychotic medication and lying to me about the whole process when Lindsay dazzo left the office they said 6 months ago they're taking it out on me what did they fire her? I'll tell you what holding back someone's medication is against the law as well..... Lindsay would have never treated me like this I am a Christian!
