I had a great experience with Dr Singh, very helpful and answered any questions I had to the best of her ability. I gave the rating of 4 because her assistant I found less personable, did not introduce herself, avoided eye contact and basically dismissed my questions. My time with her felt a bit condescending. Overall a great visit because of Dr. Singh's willingness to help.
I saw Dr. Wilson for an urgent care visit, and he was kind, compassionate, and very thorough. He didn't rush me, took time to listen, and answered all my questions clearly. Even though it was an urgent visit, I felt genuinely cared for and not just "another patient." Highly recommend!
I always get great treatment at St Mary Corwin from everyone. In any office I go to I get proper care and Dr Houck, Dr Koshak, etc are just the best. Donna Diak for pool therepy, Edwin Soriano physical therapy and assessment are great too. I'm very pleased with the treatment by these people and everyone at the front desk too. Just fine like rubies and diamonds glistening in the sun.
I just recently started going to Primary Care Pueblo West under Dr Ashima Singh. The staff are attentive to you as soon as you walk into the door, Dr Singh was very professional. She inquired and verified information before making decisions. I felt listened to. She is very knowledgeable and open to discussion. She is very responsive and timely through the patient portal. I feel good building on this relationship with my new PCP.
I was never told my cardiologist is at Penrose common spirit also I was never told I was OON. This is not acceptable!! I won't be attacked by the frond desk gals!! At my PCP office!!!Another blonde chimed in! I told the girl thanks for nothing!! I am serious!! Show her how to check back far enough when someone doesn't know when the original referral was . Usually the front Desk just says hey I signed their paperwork. The Dr assistant is so nice she took the time to check back to 2024 and found my referral and it was never accepted and was DC'd. Your policy is to be kind not nasty because I asked and she could not tell me anything.. She wouldn't listen to me!! The front desk is first line employee you need to know where to look and research for a reference. How did the cardiologist take me as a patient there was no discussion about them not being in network!!! I never expected to be here! My Doctor was surprised as well Roxanne Rota 12/09/1960
