I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Ahmad Manshad today for a second opinion. Everyone in this office was friendly and professional. His Medical Assistant was very attentive and really listen to my history and concerns. And Dr. Manshad, what can I say, he is kind, listens and most importantly, takes the time to explain how the heart and circulatory system work, which makes understanding the next steps so much clearer. What I left with was a plan, a plan to rule out possible issues and how to improve symptoms I am experiencing. Thank you Dr. Manshad!

Before even scheduling with this place I looked at the reviews. I was a little concerned with the low rating and the comments. I decided to give them a chance and boy was I wrong. I scheduled my appointment in May never got a confirmation email. June,Day of the appointment I called to see what time and they told me I was a month early. Two days ago they called and left a message while I was working. I'm in the restaurant business so they were closed by the time I got off. Apparently they tried to call twice this morning and their phone didn't ring, they wrote a note of it being a bad number. They called that same number for apparently the 3rd time and told me that I had a bad number... the one you just called? They told me that the doctor has a family emergency next month in July and I needed to reschedule. Cool, I asked when the next appointment was, this woman either didn't know how to do her job or was under the influence of something because if it takes you 10 minutes and you have to be put on hold a few times to reschedule an appointment, no special requirements or anything. It scares me that if the front staff behaves in this manner how is the doctor? I do hope that the doctors scheduled family emergency next month works out but I will be getting a different referral!

I never write bad reviews.. but this one I can't let go. Not a great front desk person. I found her to be not particularly helpful, neither kind. People call a cardiology office because they need cardiac help. If a first appointment offered for a NP has to be three months out, this can be distressing information - be kind and reassuring about it. She wasn't at all. Offer up a possibility of being on a waitlist, or explain that there isn't one, or explain that another clinic might have a sooner appointment. Do something. She offered up nothing. Her attitude was upsetting. It felt hostile, and I found myself feeling helpless about my cardiac issues. A very disappointing experience and an unfortunate gatekeeper from, I'm sure, excellent physicians.

Avoid this office at all costs especially if you have a cardiac emergency. The staff do NOT communicate. The front desk is rude and incompetent. The nurse called to have my dad be admitted to the hospital immediately as he is currently having symptoms. These people went back and fourth with me telling me that they don't do direct admit blah blah blah someone told my dad to pack his bags and head to the hospital he didn't just make this up. My dad also reported his blood pressure to them this morning which was very high and the nurse instructed him not to take additional meds to bring his BP down. The heart is a major organ that keeps people ALIVE and to feel like they weren't taking this situation seriously is disgusting. If you don't like your job LEAVE you are doing a huge disservice to your patients. Put yourself in our shoes as a patient and family.

Patient

If I could give zero stars I would. They've cancelled on my regularly schedule checkup now twice in a row which means I'm not 60 days past my original appointment. (1st cancellation was due to Dr's vacation, second he was sick) No regard for patient's health, you are a Member number they can charge your Insurance for....
