Had to call on the weekend and the answering machine said to hold for the after hours service. Held for 15 mins and no one picked up. I called several times. I ended up having to call my pcp and then they gave me a different phone number to call for after hours. Shouldn't have to jump through all these hoops when it comes to my care.
