Front desk lady doesn't even know how to do her job. No one at that hospital communicate with each other. Took a month for the front desk lady to figure out that I did not need a referral. After I receive my Holter monitor, it took UC health another month to figure out they should've sent my results to my primary doctor! When I called and asked about it all they did was point the finger at someone else. I have never felt so brushed off. The people that work there are a joke! The only positive thing I had is when they finally figured it out, the nurse was extremely nice that helped me with my monitor. I do not recommend this hospital to anybody!
